To view a demo of this site, log on to http://demo.insiteone.com, and enter demo in the user name field, and indexweb1 in the password field. Click on the “computer screen” icon to view the study.
Physicians may fill out the form linked below and submit to us, or print and fax it in. We will enter the doctor’s information and notify you when you are able to view your patients’ imaging studies.
